In the Spider-Man: No Way Home fan poster, Doctor Strange conjures three Spideys

Doctor Strange conjures Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland’s characters in a new piece of fan art for Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Doctor Strange, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, was initially introduced in his 2016 solo film and has since become a key figure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After Sylvie kills He Who Remains, Doctor Strange is thought to be the one who will fix the Sacred Timeline.

Strange, on the other hand, will have his hands full with Peter Parker after a spell summons villains from other dimensions, according to the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailers.

While it has long been known that Spider-Man: No Way Home will feature numerous villains from previous Spider-Man films, the great issue remains whether Maguire and Garfield will appear. After Jamie Foxx was cast as Electro and Alfred Molina as Doc Ock, rumors of their return began to circulate, but Marvel and the actors have continuously denied that they will feature in the sequel.

A reportedly leaked set of footage of Garfield in his Spidey suit surfaced online a few months ago, but Disney would confirm whether it was true or not. At this moment, it appears that fans will have to wait until Spider-Man: No Way Home hits theatres in December to find out if the experienced Spider-Man performers are returning.

But it hasn’t prevented artists like spdrmnkyxxii  The artwork depicts Doctor Strange opening three portals while the Spider-Man characters of Garfield, Holland, and Maguire crawl into the same realm.

Despite the fact that there hasn’t been any official confirmation of Maguire and Garfield’s comeback, the latest Spider-Man: No Way Home teaser reinforced speculation that they will. The fact that Holland’s Spider-Man leaped through the air towards Sandman, Electro, and the Lizard was one of the most telling clues.

Electro and Lizard don’t appear to be jumping at anything, and Lizard gets punched by an unseen character in the Brazilian trailer. This, combined with the fact that MJ’s death resembles Gwen Stacy’s in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, has led some to suspect that Marvel merely edited Maguire and Garfield out of the trailer to keep their roles hidden.
