How Taylor Swift Breaks Her Own Record, Check AMA Winner List

The year 2021 belongs to the music, and the 49th American Music Awards did the perfect happy ending on a high note. The show took place on November 21, 2021 a the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The AMA show honoured the icons of the past while raising a glass to the music stars of the future. It also got a little bit crazy, thanks to the host, the one and only Cardi B.

Talking about the winners of the American Music Awards, Korean big band BTS left their ARMY grinning like a cheshire cat as they took home several awards. BTS gained ‘Artist of the year.’ Another artist to take home several AMAs 2021 awards was singer Taylor Swift. She was bestowed the ‘Favourite Pop Album’ and ‘Favourite Female Pop Artist’ awards. With these wins, Taylor has broken her own record for the most AMA wins in history.

The AMAs also boasted a packed lineup of performers. Silk Sonic kicked off the show, and things just got better after that. BTS, Diplo, Olivia Rodrigo, Tyler, The Creator, Zoe Wees, Walker Hayers, and Jennifer Lopez were just a few of the stars hitting the stage.
