Taylor Swift To Skip American Music Awards, Know The Reason

American Singer and Songwriter, Taylor Swift not attending the 2021 American Music Awards. She will be skipping the show, to be held on November 21.

Being on of the most famous singer worldwide, Taylor’s been able to attend many imressive events. From eye-catching colorful dresses, to fitted tops and shorts or pants. This beauty definitely knows how to show style with class and a bit of sexiness. But sadly she will not be at AMA 2021, despite being nominated. And of course her SNL appearance speak for itself, which caught attention.

The 31-years-old singer is nominated for three American Music Awards this year. But her reason for not attending the event is she’s ‘taking a break’, after a very successful release of Red Album. Taylor has truly made her fans feel the nostalgia again with the re-recorded Red (Taylor’s Version) Album. The singer appeared on a few late night shows, including Saturday Night Live. Also the New York City premiere of her short film, All Too Well.

“Taylor loves the AMAs but she is choosing to skip this year. As she wants to make her appearances and performances be somewhat spaced out to add to the impact that it will bring. She’s confident that she will be on the AMA stage in the future, but this year she is taking a break”.

Though not attending the AMA event in person, Taylor will sill surely make an impact. Since she’s nominated for some of the biggest awards of the night. Her 2020 album Evermore is up for Favorite Pop/Rock Album and she’s up for Artist of the Year as well as Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist. In the previous year AMA show, Taylor walked away with three of the Four AMAs. This includes, Artist of the Year, Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist, and Favorite Music Video for her song ‘Cardigan’ from her 2020 album Folklore.
