Himansh Kohli Breaks Silence On Breakup With Singer Neha Kakkar
Actor Himansh Kohli and singer Neha Kakkar split in 2018. Photos of Neha crying on television shows and expressing her feelings on Instagram were heavily covered. Himansh, however, had been quiet. Now, in a new interview, Himanshu has talked about his breakup with Neha Kakkar.
Neha went on to marry Rohanpreet Singh in October last year. The newly-wed couples often post love pictures alone.
What Did Himanshu Say?
In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, on why he did not speak before, Himansh said: “It was my separation. Why do I need to explain to the world what is happening in my house? How important is that to anyone?”
Much was written and spoken about him. Responding to how the media campaigns affected him, he said some things happened the way they did, adding that he was not a bad person. “This has been happening since 2018. I don’t blame Neha too now. She’s gone, she’s happy. I’m happy for her. I’m happy about my life. I’m making money, living my dream life and reaching out to bigger audiences.
‘I Am Not A Bad Person’
Some people feel that I’ve done something wrong to someone. But I know I’m not a bad person. “
He added that he would not have slept peacefully if he had sinned against anyone in life. Having said that, he did not feel the need to explain in public what was right and what was wrong.
Looking back, Himansh had a word to say about how people have been going about this story even though most of the time is gone and most of it is toxic. ‘She did her but. She was angry. She must have posted something. I was angry. I didn’t post anything. It was toxic. But who is toxic now? It’s the people who constantly pinpoint the same past again and again’
While Neha is a successful musician with a large number of Bollywood songs under her belt, she is also found to be successful as a judge in music programs on television.
Her independent music videos are also very popular. Himanshu, meanwhile, has been in the industry since 2013 and has worked in many films with moderate success.
