Golmaal Star Ajay Devgn Takes Loan For His New Bungalow In Mumbai

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn recently bought a new lavish bungalow in the Juhu area of Mumbai.

This new property that he acquired is located close to the present residence of Ajay Devgn. The property is 474.4 sq ft and was, it seems, purchased it for Rs 47.5 crore. The actor took a loan of Rs 18.75 crore for this property.

The Deal

According to reports the deal had been finalized somewhere between November and December of the previous year and on the 7th of May, the Kapole Housing Cooperative society, where the property is located had completed the transfer of the house to the name of Ajay Devgn.

A spokesman for the actor confirmed to a leading daily that he had purchased a property on the route he currently resides in, although they did not specify the cost. 

The report cited building sources as estimates that the area costs about ₹ 60 crore.

The bungalow was earlier owned by a man named Bhavesh Balkrishna Walia.

Shiv Shakti Bungalow

Ajay Devgn and his family are currently living in Shiv Shakti bungalow which is very close to their new property.

The bungalow of the Golmaal star measures 474.4 sq. m. and, it has an area of about 6,500 square fy. Metres.

The actor is reported to have paid a legal stamp duty of Rs 2.73 crore for the deal. The bungalow was purchased on December 29, 2020, and the loan was taken on April 27, 2021.

Who Are The Neighbours?

Devgns’ neighbors include Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, Dharmendra, and Amitabh Bachchan, who also reportedly bought a new house recently.

Amitabh has bought a flat for ₹ 31 crore. The actor bought an area of 5,184 sq ft in December but only registered it in April.

Ajay was last seen in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, which gained more than 350 crore crore worldwide. 

Next he will appear in the cameo roles in the movie Soryavanshi, directed by Rohit Shetty, and Gangubai Kathiawadi, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
