It’s the final countdown for the final season of Netflix Original Lucifer. The series has been a massive hit among viewers and it’s sixth (final) season is set to release in a few weeks. Here is everything you should know about Lucifer before the final season goes live on Netflix.
While Lucifer was originally expected to end after season 5, the love and support from the fans kept it alive. When Netflix announced an end to the Lucifer series after season 5, petitions and hashtags went wild requesting a renewal for one more season of Lucifer. Netflix relented!
Lucifer Season 6 is going to release globally on September 10, 2021, as per Netflix.
There is no change in the release schedule. The final season certainly had a more active production team as they completed the project faster than the previous seasons.

Talking about the number of episodes that the fans get to enjoy, it will be 10 episodes (according to DB Woodside). Earlier TV Line had said that the final season of Lucifer will have just six episodes but later on the clarification arrived that fans will be getting a ten-episode treat from the final season makers of Lucifer.

The fans are well aware of who is starring the series finale but here we go: Idly Modrovich and Joe Henderson will be leading the pack, DB Woodside will also be making a return for the final season, Scott Porter from Friday Night Lights will also be featured in Lucifer season 6, and two new guest stars will be Chris Coy and Rob Zabrecky.
