Catherine Paiz Under Fire; Customers Complain About Her Skincare Brand, 1212 Gateway

ACE Family’s Catherine Paiz McBroom is the latest to come under fire. This comes after they were surrounded by alleged lawsuits that were uncovered against Austin McBroom and his company, along with eviction rumours.

Now, few customers of Catherine’s skincare brand, 1212 Gateway have taken to social media to voice out their complaints. They have been complaining about the brand’s packaging and other faulty issues. The influencer’s brand has been labelled as cruelty-free, ethically sourced, and created with organic products.

Her skincare brand includes various products including facial cleansers, overnight facial masks to facial moisturizers and eye creams. One user on Twitter stated that their products took two months to be shipped/produced and the packaging arrived empty. Meanwhile, another user said that the products were good but the presentation was not. The users also shared images along with their statements as they mentioned Catherine directly.

But, they were not the only ones to put out complaints. The brand’s official Instagram page also began receiving backlash in the comments from customers as they voiced out their issues with the products. Many users began commenting on several posts as they shared more issues with the influencer’s skincare products. There are also screenshots shared on Twitter as one Instagram comment mentioned that the products allegedly burned their skin.

Meanwhile, another user complained about being overcharged for a cancelled order. One user stated that they unfollowed Catherine and all of the ACE family affiliations because “all [you] guys care about is money.” All of these complaints come after the drama surrounding alleged eviction and bankruptcy. There was also drama surrounding their other family members, Austin’s brother and ex-fiance, Shyla. However, some users stated that they cannot feel bad for people who continue to give the ACE Family their money.
