Ajay Devgan And Kajol Have Purchased A Brand New Bungalow In Juhu Near Their Shivshakti Residence

Actor Ajay Devgn bought a new property, valued at ₹ 60 crore.

The new place is described as a ‘lavish and beautiful bungalow’ in Juhu, Mumbai and this new place is ‘not far’ from the actor’s present home where he resides, Shivshakti.

A spokesman for the actor confirmed to a leading daily that he had purchased a property on the route he currently resides in, although they did not specify the cost.

The report cited building sources as estimates that the area costs about ₹ 60 crore.

Ajay and his wife, Kajol, reportedly wanted a new home since last year. They finalised the property, spread across 590 sq yards, towards the end of last year. The Kapole Cooperative Housing Society transferred the bungalow to the names of Veena Virendra Devgn and Vishal alias Ajay Devgn on May 7

Who Are His Neighbors?

Devgns’ neighbors include Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, Dharmendra, and Amitabh Bachchan, who also reportedly bought a new house recently.

Amitabh has bought a flat for ₹ 31 crore. The actor bought an area of 5,184 sq ft in December but only registered it in April.

On The Work Front

Ajay was last seen in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, which gained more than 350 crore crore worldwide.

Next he will appear in the cameo roles in the movie Soryavanshi, directed by Rohit Shetty, and Gangubai Kathiawadi, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

He also has films such as SS Rajamouli’s RRR, Maidaan sports drama, and Bhuj: The Pride of India lined up.

He is currently working on Mayday, Thank God, and Luther’s Indian remake, called Rudra – The Edge of Darkness.
