Shawn Mendes To Release Intimate New Netflix Documentary, ‘In Wonder’
Shawn Mendes is ready to share more than just his music. He offered a good look at his life when he announced that his Netflix documentary is going to release soon.
The singer is giving fans a closer look at his personal life as he will be releasing his documentary, In Wonder on November 23. The release date is set strategically before the singer’s album Wonder, which is set to release on December 4.
The film is already grabbing eyeballs and has been pegged as a special selection during September’s TIFF screenings. It has been crafted by the music director, Grant Singer. The movie promises to be a ‘portrait of Shawn’s‘ life and focuses mostly on the past few years of his rise and money.
The movie is also rumored to incorporate the singer’s 2019 self-titled world tour. Back at the time, he went to North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Andrew Gertler and Ben Winston will executive produce the movie. Gertler is also Shawn’s manager. Saul Germaine, p.g.a, and James Haygood are credited as producers.

The singer had surprised his fans last week by releasing his new single Wonder, which was the title track of his new album. Shawn also revealed that he will be collaborating with Justin Bieber on a track from his fourth album.
In an interview on Capital Breakfast with the Roman Kemp radio show, the singer was questioned about creating a duet with Justin. He said, “Is this you trying to get me to confirm that I have a collaboration with Justin Bieber?”
Shawn said he would be insane if he turned an opportunity to collaborate with Justin as he is one of his favorite artists since he was nine years old. Before fans started speculating about the tension between the two artists. The simple reason was that Shawn once dated Justin’s now-wife, Hailey Bieber.
The couple had made an appearance together at the 2018 Met Gala together. However, they publicly dismissed the relationship rumors. The singer also opened up about his current relationship with Camila Cabello. He said he will never give Camila a private concert.
The singer explained, “You definitely don’t just sing to your girlfriend, especially when your girlfriend is also a singer.”
