Ripped Image of a Peacemaker John Cena is dope as hell
John Cena’s well-toned figure is teased in a new shot from Peacemaker. The Suicide Squad, James Gunn’s irreverent DCEU feature debut, was released on August 5 and generated the first spin-off, Peacemaker.
The next show will focus on John Cena’s anti-hero Christopher Smith, who is portrayed as a “douchey” version of Captain America in the film. The show picks up after the events of the film and explores Peacemaker’s roots as he seeks peace “at any cost.”
Dope John Cena
The promotional campaign for Peacemaker, which is set to premiere on HBO Max in January 2022, is steadily gathering steam. The first look image from the series was revealed earlier this month, with cast members Steve Agee, Danielle Brooks, Robert Patrick, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, and Chukwudi Iwuji as John, Leota, Auggie, Emilia, Vigilante, and Murn in their respective roles.
Later, fresh footage from the show was unveiled in a new promotional film for HBO Max’s forthcoming content slate, which showed Cena’s character sitting at a café with the other cast members and firing a range of guns in a jungle. Another image from the series has now surfaced, giving fans a glimpse inside the universe of the characters.
Drool-worthy glimpse at Cena’s character
Peacemaker’s official Instagram account has just provided a drool-worthy glimpse at Cena’s character. Peacemaker can be seen standing shirtless in front of the camera, his back to the camera. His honed physique, as well as his huge biceps and rough shoulders, are all on full display. “3 words: dope as f#ck,” says the caption.
Take a look at the following image:
Despite the fact that the new image doesn’t reveal much about the series, it sets the stage for the big announcement to occur during Peacemaker’s panel at the DC FanDome on October 16, 2021. Fans have yet to see a trailer for the show, and no other significant storyline details have been revealed.
However, as the marketing push ramps up after the DC FanDome, this is likely to alter. Until then, this tempting post should hold fans’ attention and satisfy their curiosity.
