You read that right. Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid have allegedly tied the knot according to one of Zayn’s friends, Ingrid Michaelson.
The singer claimed in a live session that was held on March 29 that Zayn is a private person and now he is married and has a child. Ingrid said, “(Zayn is) such a private person and now he’s married and has a child so, he does the things he wants to do.”
The couple had welcomed their daughter, Khai back in September 2020. And this is the first time one of their friends are mentioning anything about them being married.
However, Zayn and Gigi’s fans are completely losing their minds over the news. They are trying to comprehend if the news is true or not. Twitter is blowing up as we speak with ‘ZAYN IS MARRIED’. Neither of the couple have said anything about the situation so far.
Ingrid made the announcement while talking about how she and Zayn shot the ‘To Begin Again’ music video separately. She shared that they have never met and have never spoken to each other. The songwriter said, “We’ve never met, I’ve never spoken to him. Zayn doesn’t do stuff he doesn’t want to do and the fact that he did this son is very flattering.”
This was just before she dropped the bomb of Zigi being married. Fans can be disappointed if it was just her being confused about Zayn and Gigi’s relationship status. Everybody who sees Zigi will be confused as well because of their devotion and love for each other.

Zayn Has Previously Mentioned Gigi As His ‘Wife’
Ingrid and Zayn dropped the latest song as a surprise to fans on March 16th. Zayn lent his voice to the song as well as co-wrote it with Sarah Aarons. The singer jumps in on the second verse which indicates rebooting and learning to live again after the world-ending event. This is a reference to the ongoing global coronavirus pandemic. However, this is not the first time Zayn has had his fans go into a frenzy over his relationship status with Gigi.
On Zayn Malik’s latest album, the ‘VIBEZ‘ singer re-started marriage rumors by singing about turning someone into a ‘wife for real’ on his new song ‘When Love’s Around.’ The singer had previously dropped hints about Gigi Hadid in his songs. Fans are convinced that he has done that again. The singer started dating his baby momma in 2015 and has raised a few eyebrows when it comes to his relationship status.
The former One Direction star has sparked rumors yet again with his latest album, Nobody Is Listening. He has convinced fans that he is singing about taking his relationship with Gigi to the next level in his song, When Love’s Around, featuring Syd.
The lyrics of the new song has fans convinced that he is planning to propose. “But I need you in my life / Yeah, you could be my wifе for real / Only takes a woman / To show what it means to lovе,” Zayn sings in one verse amid the romantic track.
The mention of ‘wife’ was enough for fans to take to Twitter as they spurred up various theories. A fan highlighted that part of the lyrics and asked if he was proposing that way. Another fan took to social media after hearing the track and wrote, “I WANNA SEE GIGI AS ZAYN’S WIFE”.
“I Was Aspiring To Be In Love With Someone For The Rest Of My Life”
Meanwhile, another fan thought the entire album was dedicated to Gigi. The user wrote, “this new album is just zayn showing how in love he is w Gigi .. WE LOST HIM, LADIES .. HES GONE.” Various other fans were blushing as they pointed out that Zayn is blasting his and Gigi’s sex life in the album.
The singer has been attached to his baby momma since he went solo in his singing career. His very first debut single back in 2016, Pillowtalk featured Gigi. The lyrics of the song were also assumed to be about their relationship.
Zayn has not commented on which songs are for his girlfriend. However, his fans think, There You Are, Better and his recent release, VIBEZ is also about her. The singer did talk about Gigi being the influence on his music. Back in 2018, he revealed that he was in love and he thinks it is pretty evident.
The couple was on a break at the time. He shared how he had written the song without naming Gigi. The Let Me singer revealed that he was aspiring to be in love with someone for the rest of his life and the rest of theirs. He said, “I was aspiring to be in love with someone for the rest of my life and the rest of theirs, as we all do. Things change and we move forward in life. Times change, but that’s what I was thinking when I wrote it.”
The singer shared that we go through experiences which means we have stories and things to write down. He said, “You get to really put your experience into something. It should be remembered forever.” Ever since that, both Gigi and Zayn have gone through some experiences together and apart.
The now-parents came back together by 2018 but had broken up at the start of 2019. However, they came back together at the end of the year, and by spring of 2020, rumors flew around of Gigi expecting her first baby.
