With Appropriately Rude Gesture, The Boys Season 3 Cast Celebrates Filming Wrap

The Boys cast makes an appropriately impolite gesture to celebrate the end of season 3 filming, in keeping with the tone of Amazon Prime’s smash series. The Boys was conceived by showrunner Eric Kripke and is based on Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson’s comic book series of the same name.

The show takes place in an universe where superheroes have taken on celebrity status and, more often than not, are the political equivalents of corrupt politicians. Hughie Campbell (Jack Quaid), Billy Butcher (Karl Urban), and a group of people harmed by “Supes” seek to expose Vought International, “The Seven,” and Compound V in Seasons 1 and 2.

Rude Gesture form the Cast

The Boys has received praise for its “real-world” comic book concept, dark humour, and social commentary, all of which are aided by the film’s boundary-pushing violence. Laz Alonso, Tomer Capon, Karen Fukuhara, Erin Moriarty, Antony Starr, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, Chace Crawford, Claudia Doumit, and Colby Minifie join Quaid and Urban in the cast.

Newcomers Katia Winter as Little Nina and Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy will star in the upcoming season, which will also include the NSFW Herogasm storyline from the comics. Principal cast members Quaid, Urban, and Ackles recently confirmed a wrap on season 3’s Toronto production on social media.

Moriarty just shared a photo of herself, Quaid, and Fukuhara on Instagram, probably celebrating the completion of filming on season 3 of The Boys. In addition to raising a glass, the trio made a possibly rude but universally recognised gesture for viewers of some of the most extreme shows available for Streaming.

Take a look at the following

The cast of The Boys has been filming in Toronto, Ontario, since February, where the show has been shot for the most of its three seasons. Season 3 of The Boys will most likely launch in late 2021 or early 2022, with the goal of surpassing season 2, which got six Emmy nominations.
