Facebook announced last month that the new messenger rooms will soon be available to users on WhatsApp. After this, the company also started testing the feature on the beta version of the Android app. Now it has been revealed that the Messenger Room for WhatsApp will be rolled out on Whatsapp Web.

Messenger Rooms is actually the new group video chat feature, which the company has brought in Facebook Messenger itself. With the help of this, users will be able to become part of the video chatting rooms from WhatsApp or Instagram without switching apps. WABetaInfo, which tracks updates and new features in WhatsApp, has said that the Messenger Rooms feature will be available to WhatsApp web users very soon.

WhatsApp is working on adding a shortcut to messenger rooms in its web platform. WhatsApp web users will be able to chat by creating a video calling room from family and friends on their laptop or personal computer. In this way, up to 50 users will be able to do video calling simultaneously. This feature will be available in WhatsApp web version 2.2019.6 .
