‘Vikram is dynamic, confident, and intelligent, says Saif Ali Khan of Vikram Vedha, with Hrithik Roshan
Following the success of his recently released scary adventure, Bhoot Police, Saif Ali Khan discussed his upcoming projects and the concept of becoming more commercial in his approach. The actor is presently preparing for his role in the Vikram Vedha remake, which will pit him against Hrithik Roshan in a battle royal.
Words From Saif
In this Pushkar and Gayatri-directed film, Saif will play a hard cop, while Hrithik will play a ruthless gangster. Saif, interestingly, also played a cop in the digital series Sacred Games. “I would say, Sartaj Singh was somewhat of a victim, who would get slapped around by virtually everyone,” the actor said when asked about the differences in his approach to the two characters. He moved from a suicidal state to something else. He was a disturbed and honest individual.”
“Vikram, on the other hand, is a tough, successful, and bright IPS officer,” he continued. He has a lot more energy, confidence, and strength. Vikram also doesn’t wear a turban.” Hrithik Roshan will star in the Reliance and T Series production, which will begin filming in the UAE next month. In this marathon schedule, Saif is expected to join the team in the month of November.
Some people can’t be commercial
He claims that while dealing with non-commercial people, he found that he can be a lot more commercial. “Some people can’t or won’t be commercial, while others don’t want to be. However, I believed I had the potential to be commercial and desired to be so. Tanhaji, Adipurush, Vikram Vedha, and Bhoot Police are all commercial films that I want to maximize. I’d like to get started on them right now. He signed off, saying, “I don’t want to do the other kind of films right now.”
Saif, Farhan, and Ritesh re-uniting with Sidhwani for ‘Fire’
After 20 years, Saif Ali Khan will reunite with Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production firm for his next film, “Fire.” Previously, the actor worked under the banner of ‘Dil Chahta Hai.’ In an interview with Pinkvilla, the actor revealed that he will play a firefighter in his upcoming film.
