Vikas Dubey encounter: B-town celebs react on the news

From Tapsee Pannu to Richa Chadha, several Bollywood celebrities have reacted on the news of Vikas Dubey’s encounter!

One news that had taken the country by storm was about the gangster Vikas Dubey. He was involved in killing 8 policemen in Kanpur of Uttar Pradesh around a week back. Since then, he had been running away from the police, roaming around states. The police officers finally caught him yesterday in the evening in Ujjain district of Madhya Pradesh.

On Friday morning, everyone woke up to the news of Vikas’ encounter, which reportedly happened at 7:30 AM. According to the police, the gangster tried escaping, hurting a few police officers. Followed by which, he was killed during the encounter.

However, it is being said that it was a fake encounter. People have been reacting to the news and it is trending all over social media. Our Bollywood celebs too have reacted to the news as they shared their opinion on social media.  

Taapsee Pannu wrote in a tweet, “Wow! We did not expect this at all!! And then they say our bollywood stories are far from reality.”

Richa Chadha too tweeted on the same as she wrote, “Doubt anyone will say that films are farfetched. Isn’t this FILMY?”

Vivek Agnihotri shared his opinion on the encounter explaining how the ‘police has devised a system of personal justice.

Other celebs like Hansal Mehta, Aahana Kumra, Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub and Nikhil Dwidedi too expressed their thoughts on the news.
