MI have got the start they wanted. 83 on the board in just 6 overs. Hardik Pandya has got a promotion. There’s more to this game than just MI advancing. India will be happy to see this avatar of Ishan Kishan before the world cup. Hardik had a good training session before the game and if he too can get going, both MI and India will be happy.

MI need to win by 171 runs or more and score more than 200 to go past KKR’s net run rate of +0.587. They, however, will be eliminated if they chase. He’s been helping a lot about these wickets and IPL stuff. I was batting down the order (in U-19s) but for now I am getting to bat above, getting more chances.”
