Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal will be celebrating his 32nd birthday tomorrow, on May 16th in lockdown!
Lockdown has spoilt all the plans of the people, especially of the ones who have their birthday in this period. Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal too will be celebrating his birthday tomorrow amid the lockdown.
Talking to Mumbai Mirror, he revealed that he will be celebrating the day quietly at home with his family. The actor said, “I never thought that we’d be in a situation where things literally come to a standstill. Leave alone a birthday in lockdown, I never even imagined a lockdown before.”
When asked about his special birthday memories, he recalled his childhood celebrations. “There were no cell phones to take selfies and record the event, nor peer pressure to post them. It was just about having a good time with friends. Those simple days from my childhood are special,” added Vicky.
He also talked about his upcoming project Takht, which has been postponed due to the lockdown. But the actor doesn’t complain as he appreciated the fact that in this scenario he has the luxury of staying home. “Look at what people, who are away from home or don’t have a home, are going through, including the frontline workers of the pandemic. By staying home, we can help flatten the curve,” he said.
