Vanderpump Rules’ Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor Are Pregnant

Vanderpump Rules star Brittany Cartwright has announced her first pregnancy with Jax Taylor.

Brittany and Jax announced the next milestone that they have stepped into, after being married for over a year. The Vanderpump Rules star announced on Monday that she is expecting her very first baby with her husband.

“Mom & Dad. The love of our lives is coming soon,” Brittany captioned her Instagram post. Meanwhile, Jax simply wrote he is going to be a dad. This will be the couple’s first child after sharing their desire to start a family.

Brittany previously shared on Just The Sip podcast that the couple is going strong and hoping for a quarantine baby. Jax said he wasn’t on board at the beginning because he was not sure if it was a good idea. He said he watched The Walking Dead and saw what happened to the characters that got pregnant. Voicing his concern he said, “I was scared. I was like what if we won’t be able to get to the doctor? But I put all of that past me.”

The couple was open about discussing children throughout their romance. However back in 2018, Jax got offended when a fan asked him about their plans to get pregnant. He took to Twitter and expressed how mad it makes him.

“Why? Can I get married first? I hate when people say it’s time to get married time to have a baby,” he wrote on Twitter at the time. He added why can’t people focus on their own lives and stop telling him how to live his life. Jax further wrote how annoying it is and told the fan to mind their own business.

A month later, he had a change of heart with a caption that read, “I gotta be honest, I can’t wait to take my kids trick or treating and or stay home and pass out candy!! It’s the dream!! Very soon!!!”

Back in January 2019, Brittany opened up about her wish to start a family in an episode of Vanderpump Rules. She said she cannot wait to start a family with Jax and said she has always been excited about that. The star further adds what Jax told her. She said, “Jax is like, ‘As soon as we get married, we are going to start,’ ’cause he’s gonna be 40.”

Jax also voiced the same and said they are going to get started as soon as they are married. He said he doesn’t want to wait as he will be 60 when his kid is in high school. The star said he wants a maximum of two children, while Brittany said she wants three.
