
Val Kilmer talks about reprising his role as ‘Iceman’ in Top Gun: Maverick
Actor Val Kilmer recently made an appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ in support of his memoir ‘I’m your huckleberry’.
During the video interview, amongst other things, the 60 year old actor spoke about reprising his role as Tom ‘Iceman’ Kazansky in the sequel to the ‘Tom Cruise’ starrer Top Gun.
Talking more about how it felt being on the sets of ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, Kilmer shared, “It was absolutely moving. I really was surprised and Tom was wearing his jacket, the original jacket from the first movie, it was just very moving. And I don’t want to give away anything, but in between takes, Tom and I just laughed like we were in high school.”
In his memoir, Val Kilmer touches the topic of his past relationships with women including Angelina Jolie, Cher and Cindy Crawford. Despite having such high profile relationships, Kilmer said that he is generally very shy.
