Amazon Prime Video’s The Family Man 2 starring Manoj Bajpayee is officially hitting the screens this summer in June. The show was postponed by the online streaming giant after multiple police complaints were filed against Tandav and Mirzapur. However, it appears that the wait is almost over, and the audience will soon be able to watch the much-anticipated web series. The release date is expected to be announced in the coming days by the producers.
“The Family Man 2 is completely ready and will be released in June,” a source close to the project told Pinkvilla. The final release date will be announced shortly by Amazon Prime Video, Raj, and DK.”

The new season will pick up where season one left off, with a cliffhanger. The series’ plot is as follows: Srikant Tiwari (Manoj Bajpayee) will return in the sequel to continue his battle to stop a chemical attack while balancing his personal and professional lives. Raji, a new antagonist, will be his opponent (Samantha Akkineni). Srikanth will also realise that Zulfiqar’s mission is far from complete.
Srikant’s life will be turned upside down once he learns what happened in the hotel that night between Suchitra (Priyamani) and Arvind (Sharad Kelkar). Karim’s girlfriend has gotten her hands on the recording, which is crucial evidence in proving Karim’s innocence.
