Upcoming poet and lyricist Raj Rathod expresses his desire to get into Bollywood

Words have always got a healing power, be it in a story or a song. Raj Rathod, a young poet and lyricist is leaving everyone impressed with his love poetry, ghazals and songs. While he was in class 6, he started composing poems in school and left everyone impressed with his terrific writing skills. The streak of writing thoughtful poems continued and he became a household name during college. His thinking capabilities and writing simple language poems made him a favourite among everyone.

All his compositions are highly inspired by Hindi literature and he can very well connect with the youngsters in India. This year, the young guy has written several songs out of which the most heart touching remains the song dedicated to Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Born in a small village of Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh, Raj always led the race in Hindi literature in school. To become a pro, he read multiple books and understood the writing style of the authors back then and the new-age authors.

Rathod had earlier also revealed that he is very keen to make his foray into Bollywood as a writer and a lyricist. He said, “In India, people majorly relate to the songs produced in Bollywood. I am waiting for that one opportunity to get through in the Hindi film industry. It is my dream to write lyrics for Bollywood songs. Many of the songs have a lasting impression on people’s mind and I am sure I will do justice to my work.”

Moreover, his poems and haikus have a certain meaning to it. They have a hard-hitting story to tell in very fewer words. Raj Rathod on several occasions has covered different topics of different genres. His simplicity and the ability of storytelling has made one thing clear that he has a bright future ahead.
