Sussanne Khan reveals how it is co-parenting with Hrithik Roshan, calls him the best trainer on the planet!

Former couple Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan have been living together amid the lockdown to co-parent their sons!

Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan have always kept their sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan as their first priority. That is the reason why even after getting divorced the two of them are living together in this lockdown. They wanted to co-parents their kids together.

In a conversation with Vogue, Sussanne revealed how it was a mutual decision to stay together in this period. She said that they realized early on that the days ahead would require them to regroup their energies towards creating serenity for each other.

“On the first day itself, we sat together and created a list of ‘quarantivities’. What I enjoy the most is the one hour reading time we’ve set aside for ourselves. It was Hrithik’s idea that we should do this, sit together silently in the same room and read our individual books, at least five times a week,” she added.

All of us know how Hrithik is a fitness freak. The actor is guiding his family everyday in their workout sessions. Sussanne informed, “Around 6pm each day, we have our innovative workout sessions, all planned skillfully by the best trainer on the planet—Hrithik! Some days we focus on core training, other days on functional training or cardio. We earnestly follow the sets he gives us. And the burst of endorphins post these sessions has helped us greatly to not just stay healthy, but happy as well.”
