Surbhi Chandna reveals that she was going to be replaced in her debut show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah
The television actress Surbhi Chandna had made her acting debut with the comedy serial Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah!
Actress Surbhi Chandna is now a household name in the country. All thanks to her performances in the daily soaps. While she is very popular now, the actress was going to be dropped from her first show.
Surbhi had made her acting debut with the comedy show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. In a conversation with Pinkvilla, she has now revealed that she was going to be replaced in the show. The reason was that she couldn’t remember her lines properly. “Even Taarak Mehta’s team was going to replace me. My mom scared me to do better,” said the actress.
The show’s producer Asit Kumarr Modi went to Surbhi’s mother and explained her that she needs to pull up her socks. “I don’t know how I performed but they keep playing those episodes even today,” she added.
The actress also talked about how she felt like giving up later too, while she was shooting for Ishqbaaz. But it was her mom who kept her going. “My mother always sees the goodness in things, in tough times and bad times. I think I have learnt from this. There was a time when I would tell them I am giving up, mujhe nahi hoga during Ishqbaaz and they would tell me to have patience. And then what the show has given me is unprecedented,” she said.
Surbhi Chandna had shot to fame after she played the female lead in Ishqbaaz opposite Nakuul Mehta.
