South Indian Actress Trisha Walks Out Of Chiranjeevi’s Film Acharya

A few days back, Trisha had announced her reunion with Chiranjeevi in forthcoming Telugu film “Acharya“. Now the actress has walked out of the project. In an exceeding tweet, the actress informed that she quit the project because of the creative differences with filmmakers. She also said that things turned out different now. She tweeted “Sometimes things turn out to be different from what was initially said and discussed. Due to creative differences, I have chosen not to be part of Chiranjeevi sirs film. Wishing the team well. To my lovely Telugu audiences-hope to see you soon in an exciting project”.

Trisha and Chiranjeevi were working together for the second time. The duo has co-starred earlier in 2006 in film “Stalin” that was helmed by AR Murugadoss. “Acharya” is Chiranjeevi’s 1st collaboration with the director Kotala Shiva.

Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainments is producing the film. And Mani Sharma composed the music. The filmmakers are trying to get Mahesh Babu on board for a cameo role. Regina Cassandra recently shot an item song for the film. The film is based on a story of a social reformer, who fights against misappropriation of temple funds and donations. “Acharya” is reportedly being made on a budget of 140 crores.
