Veteran actor Mukesh Khanna had earlier mocked Sonakshi Sinha for not knowing things about mythology!
It all started with the veteran actor Mukesh Khanna taking a dig at Sonakshi Sinha for not knowing things about mythology. While he mocked the actress, Shatrughan Sinha has now slammed him for saying such things about his daughter.
Stressing that Mukesh is not an ‘expert’, he told Bollywoof Hungama, “I believe someone has problem with Sonakshi not answering a question on the Ramayan. Firstly what qualifies this person to be an expert on all things to do with the Ramayan? And who has appointed him the guardian of the Hindu religion?”
In fact, Mr Sinha added that he is proud of his children. “I am very proud of all my three children. Sonakshi became a star on her own. I never had to launch her career.She is a daughter any father would be proud to have. Not answering a question on the Ramayan doesn’t disqualify Sonakshi from being a good Hindu. She doesn’t need a certificate of approval from anyone,” said the proud father.
For those who don’t know, Sonakshi Sinha had appeared in Kaun Banega Crorepati earlier, where she had failed to answer a question based on Ramayana. People trolled her badly for not being able to answer the mythological question.
