Season 4 of Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous will be released in December

The release date for Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous season 4 has been revealed by DreamWorks Animation. Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is a Jurassic Park-themed Netflix animated series that premiered on September 18th, 2020.

The story follows six teenage dinosaur fans who win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Camp Cretaceous, but their adventure takes an unexpected turn when they are stuck on an island with dinosaurs on the loose. Jenna Ortega, Ryan Potter, Sean Giambrone, Benjamin Flores, Jr., and Jameela Jamil star in the series, which takes a more family-friendly approach to the popular Jurassic Park franchise.

Season 4 of Jurassic World

The fourth season of Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous will release on Netflix on December 3rd, according to DreamWorks Animation.

The announcement was followed by a motion poster featuring a misty island setting, which was shared on DreamWorks Animation’s Twitter page. In the upcoming fourth season, DreamWorks has suggested that a “new island awaits.” This means that in the next season, the group of teenagers will have to survive on a fresh, but likely more deadly, island.

Season 4’s inclusion of a new island is sure to keep the momentum rolling. In season 3, the teenagers came close to escaping by boat from Isla Nublar. However, it was discovered that a dinosaur had also boarded, throwing their escape strategy into chaos.

According to DreamWorks’ announcement, a new setting for season 4 will be unveiled, which is incredibly exciting given the series’ ties to the Jurassic World movie. With Jurassic World: Dominion on the horizon, fans of Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous season 4 will be on the lookout for any new hints as the teens embark on a new adventure on a new island.
