Sam Richardson of Veep joins Harley Quinn in Season 3

Sam Richardson, who starred in Veep, has revealed that he will be contributing his voice to Harley Quinn season 3. Harley Quinn saw Paul Dini and Bruce Timm’s titular character return to her animated roots after being portrayed by Margot Robbie for multiple movie appearances. The funny series, created by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker, and Dean Lorey, aired on DC Universe to tremendous acclaim and success. After two seasons, it was announced that Harley Quinn would be moving to HBO Max for the third season, which was widely anticipated.

Since February, when the new episodes began filming, Schumacker announced on Twitter that Richardson will be one of the new cast members. He revealed the information in reaction to Richardon’s wish to play Beast in the MCU’s upcoming X-Men revival. Richardson is most recognised for his 40-episode role as Richard Splett in Veep. He’ll next be seen in The Tomorrow War and other future films. Richardson is no stranger to superhero animation, having recently voiced the M.O.D.O.K. series on Hulu. Richarson’s position in Harley Quinn season 3 is a closely guarded secret.

As a result, fans will undoubtedly have a field day predicting which character would best suit his voice, as well as whether he’ll fight alongside Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and the rest of their misfit band of lovable villains, or whether he’ll be pitted against them by one of the traditional heroes.
