Redmi 9 Prime launched with MediaTek Helio G80 in India, Know price and features

After a long wait, Today Redmi has finally launched its latest smartphone Redmi 9 Prime in the Indian market. The phone comes with waterdrop-style notch display and is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. It also comes with a quad rear camera setup that includes an ultra-wide-angle shooter. This smartphone is quite attractive in terms of design. Let us know that Redmi 9, launched in Spain in June this year, that has launched in india under the name Redmi 9 Prime. The smartphone also comes in four color options. The company launched this smartphone to compete the Realme Narzo 10 and Samsung Galaxy M11 avilable in the market.

The Redmi 9 Prime has a 6.53-inch full HD + IPS display. This display is coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. This smartphone has introduced on the MediaTek Helio G80 processor paired with 4GB DDR4x RAM. This processor is designed specifically for gamers. For Power backup, it comes with 5,020mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The dual-SIM Redmi 9 Prime runs on Android 10 which is based on MIUI 11. It may be expected that MIUI 12 will come in feature. The phone has come with two storage varient 4GB + 64GB storage model and 6GB + 128GB storage variants. It’s storage can also expanded up to 512GB using microSD card at their convenience.

It has launched in India two storage varient. Its 4GB + 64GB storage model is priced at Rs 9,999. While the price of 6GB + 128GB storage variants is Rs 11,999. Both models come in Space Blue, Mint Green, Matte Black, and Sunrise Flare color options. Talking about its availability, it will available for sale from August 6.
