After a long time, Xiaomi has finally launched its new budget smartphone Redmi 9 in India. This is an upgrade model of the Redmi 8 smartphone, which comes at a price of less than Rs 10,000. Redmi 9 has a MediaTek Helio G35 processor with HD Plus display. This phone will be available in three color variants Sky Blue, Sporty Orange and Carbon Black Color variant. Redmi 9 has a 6.53-inch HD Plus display which has an aspect ratio of 20: 9. The front has a display notch and a dual rear camera and fingerprint sensor at the back of the device. For performance, it has a MediaTek Helio G35 processor. For powerbackup, it has a 5000 mAh battery, with which the company has claimed 30 hours of video playback. This smartphone runs on get MIUI12 and based on Android 10. This phone will be available in 64 GB storage with 1 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant with 4 GB RAM. Storage can increased to 512 GB with the help of memory card.

The price of 64 GB storage variant is Rs 8,999 and 128 GB storage variant is priced at Rs 9,999. the company has introduced Aura Edge Design and it comes in three color options – Sky Blue, Sporty Orange and Carbon Black. The phone will be on sale from August 31 and from stores in Amazon India.
