There are several techniques used to improve and heal the overall wellbeing of a person. Reiki remains the best therapy as it is scientifically proven and is being practised in India for years now. One name that has stunned everyone is Ayush Gupta, a 17-year old guy who created a world record by becoming the youngest Reiki master of India on April 12, 2014. Reiki heals a person by solving all the problems, be it physical, mental or emotional. He was born on September 3, 2003, in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and he learnt Reiki healing at the age of 12 from his grandmaster Devank Shuklaji. It was his father Kashi Prasad Gupta who motivated him to learn Reiki and rest is history today.

After he became a past master in Reiki therapy, he started treating his family members at ‘Sadguru Healing Centre’ in Madhya Pradesh. The biggest achievement of his life is that his therapy has worked big time for patients battling with life-threating diseases like cancer and diabetes. Besides this, his therapy also worked for the people who were in a coma and had issues with regards to career and marriage. With having treated more than 250 patients in India, the young guy is unstoppable and has helped many people get healed from life-threating dangers. To make Reiki available all over India, Ayush has one goal in his mind which is to promote it on a larger scale.

Currently, he has got many celebrities as his clients from Bollywood as well as telly world including Remo D’Souza, Shobhit Sinha, Bharti Singh, Paritosh Tripathi, Shankar Mahadevan, Ravi Dubey, Nikul Desai and many more. He has started his own therapy centre in Mumbai named ‘Ayush Reiki Healing Centre’ located in Goregaon. Besides this, he will soon showcase his skills as an author as Gupta will be launching his first Hindi book titled ‘Reiki – Bramhaand Ki Rahasyamaii Urja’ in the next two months. Rightly called as India’s best Reiki healer, Ayush Gupta also conducts a lot of seminars in schools, colleges and industries to make people aware of how body positivity plays an important role in developing a personality.
