Raven Symone surprises the world by announcing marriage to Miranda Maday.
She took to social media on Thursday to announce her backyard wedding to her girlfriend.
In the beautiful snap shared by Symone, she is all smiles with her now wife, hugging and giving us all the feels.
Symone captioned the picture saying she got married to the perfect woman who understands her. She went on writing, “I love you Mrs. Pearman-Maday! Let’s tear this world a new a–hole!!!”
The singer and actor, hinted at the nuptials by posting on Instagram, featuring a glass bublly, just moments ago. Symone teased her fans by saying something exciting happened that changed her life for the better.
The former co-host of ‘The View’ also shared a picture of a house. In the caption she thanked everybody who helped. Symone also thanked people who understood why it was a small ceremony during this time.
Raven also tagged a bunch of people, hinting their attendance at her nuptials. It included the legendary choreographer, Debbie Allen.
Miranda Maday is a social media manager to the Los Angeles-based, Off The Menu site. Before that, she worked as a personal assistant in several firms after graduating from UCLA in 2013.
Maday also took to social media posting a 3D photo of the two sharing a kiss. She captioned it by writing, “8 PM. My wife for life!” Maday also posted a bunch of pictures from the wedding in her Instagram story.
The pair did not publicize their relationship until their wedding. Raven came out about her sexuality in 2013 in a tweet, which was about gay marriage.
Raven-Symone firstly starred on “The Cosby Show’. She later on starred in Disney TV channel, becoming our very favourite Raven from “That’s So Raven”. The show also had a spin off called “Raven’s Home”.
Symone’s wedding was a very small ceremony including only a bunch of people. She had her wedding in a backyard setting. The newly married couple have received a lot of well wishes from their fans and friends.
Raven later posted a bunch of pictures. She introduced Maday as her wife in an IGTV. Symone said she did not expect the reaction but appreciates all the love and support from her fans.
Symone also confirmed that the rings that the pair bought are of $50 dollars. They got it from the thrift store because of coronavirus. The actual rings are said to arrive in 10 weeks.
