Priyanka Chopra shares a clip of Tinka Tinka recalling how people thought she sang the song!
Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has shared a small snippet of her song Tinka Tinka recalling how people thought that she sang the song!
The Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra went all nostalgic about her song Tinka Tinka. She shared a short clip from the song on Thursday and recalled how people at that time thought that she herself sung the song.
Sharing the video on her social media, she wrote, “‘Tinka Tinka’ is a song from one of my earlier films Karam (Deed). It released 2005. For those who might not know, Hindi films use playback singers for most actors and I’ve had the fortune to have some amazing singers lend their voice to my films over the years. But when this song was released, most thought it was me…But in fact it was the voice of one of my favorite singers @alishachinaiofficial… she complimented my tone so well. Thank you Alisha!! .. so this Thursday…. #TBT @sanjayfgupta @thejohnabraham.”
Seems like the lockdown has made PeeCee very nostalgic these days. It was a few days back only when she had shared pictures from her debut at the Cannes Film Festival last year.
Priyanka is currently in Los Angeles, quarantining with her husband Nick Jonas. She has lent her support to a number of COVID-19 relief funds. The actress has also been encouraging people to help as many people as possible.
