‘NOEASY’ by Stray Kids now has the highest pre-orders of any album by a fourth-generation group
The album “NOEASY” by Stray Kids now holds the record for the most pre-orders among fourth-generation bands!
The amount of pre-orders for Stray Kids’ new studio album, “NOEASY,” has been announced as of today (Aug. 17). The number was significantly higher than pre-orders for their last album, “IN LIFE.”
Stray Kids’ “NOEASY” had 830,000 pre-orders on the afternoon of August 17th. This is a 530,000-copy increase over the 300,000 pre-orders for their last album “IN LIFE.”

There are still six days until the release of Stray Kids’ new studio album “NOEASY.” As a result, the number of pre-orders before the release date is projected to rise even more.
Since their first full-length album, “GO LIVE,” Stray Kids have been smashing their own personal record for biggest pre-orders.
“GO LIVE,” by Stray Kids, was pre-ordered 200,000 times five days before its official release in June 2020. Three months later, the repackaged album “IN LIFE” broke their previous pre-order record with 300,000 pre-orders just three days before its release.
Stray Kids’ “NOEASY” has now surpassed all previous pre-order records for the band. It also set a new record for a fourth-generation family.
TXT’s “The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE,” which received more than 700,000 pre-orders, is the album by a fourth-generation band that previously held the record for most pre-orders.
If the pre-orders for Stray Kids’ “NOEASY” turn into sales, it will be the band’s best-selling studio album. When this happens, it will also be the best-selling record by a fourth-generation ensemble.
Furthermore, “NOEASY” would go on to become JYP Entertainment’s first or second best-selling album. J.Y. Park’s “Tantara,” which has sold 830,000 copies on the Gaon Chart, is the current JYP album with the greatest sales.
NOEASY
The band’ new musical combination will be shown on Stray Kids’ studio album “NOEASY,” which is the group’s first release in 11 months. The title track “THUNDEROUS,” their Mnet “Kingdom” ending song “WOLFGANG,” and the previously released mixtape “OH” are among the 14 songs on the album.
The fact that members of the Stray Kids helped write the words for the songs on the CD adds to its significance. The group’s 3RACHA (which consists of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han alongside HotSauce) wrote the title song, “THUNDEROUS,” in particular.
The words in Stray Kids’ “THUNDEROUS” communicate the concept of not being disheartened by what others say. It includes a variety of traditional Korean music sounds.
With their studio album “NO EASY,” which will be published following their victory in Mnet’s “Kingdom” this past June, the Stray Kids are predicted to continue to grow in popularity.
The boy group will be present in their variety show “KINGDOM WEEK,” which is to air every day at 5:30 p.m. KST from Aug. 17 to 22 as a reward for winning “Kingdom.”
Stray Kids’ “NOEASY,” as well as the music video for “THUNDEROUS,” will be released on Aug. 23 at 6 p.m. KST.
