Nicole Kidman And Keith Urban Attend Virtual Golden Globe Awards With Daughters

Golden Globes posted excitement and many horizons and frames, but one of the highlights was to see the families of celebrities on their Zoom calls.

In particular, the two daughters of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Sunday Rose, 12, and Faith Margaret, 10.

Best Actress Nomination

Kidman, nominated as Best Actress in a Miniseries or Motion Picture for her role as Grace Fraser in HBO’s The Undoing, was shown sitting on her couch next to her husband Keith Urban and their daughters during a visual event which Golden Globes held in 2021 due to COVID pandemic.

Kidman and Urban are best known for keeping their children out of public view, so seeing them on the couch together was a good thing for fans.

Nicole As A Parent

Last year on ITV’s talk show Loose Women, the Australian actress revealed that she and her husband would not let their daughters access social media for now.

“Because I’m not very techie myself, so it’s very hard for me to monitor it and stay on it and not have them – I won’t let them be on Instagram,” Kidman explained.

“I won’t let them, you know, and I have a 12-year-old right now who’s champing at the bit wanting to like get into all that, and I’m like, ‘No, no no.’”

Kidman is also the mother of Isabella “Bella” Kidman Cruise, 28, and Connor Cruise, 26, from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise.

The Undoing

During the show, the Golden Globes anchor Poehler and Tina Fey had a light-hearted crack at Kidman’s outfits in The Undoing.

“The Undoing was a sexy and dramatic mystery where Nicole Kidman’s coat is suspected of murdering her wig,” Poehler joked in the opening monologue.

Kidman, 53, recently admitted that playing Grace Fraser, whose husband Jonathan (Hugh Grant) was charged with murder in an HBO game, caused “disruption” to her personality

“Suddenly, I was in this place. There was sort of a disquietness to my personality where I was uneasy, and there was duress on who I was,” Kidman explained on an episode of the WTF With Marc Maron podcast.

“I actually got really sick,” she revealed. ”I think this is a big thing that happens to actors. I went down for a week, because your immune system doesn’t know the difference between acting and truth when you’re doing those (roles).”

Kidman missed the Golden Globe to Anya Taylor-Joy for her role in The Queen’s Gambit.

The Undoing, which streams on Binge, aired last year to critical and commercial acclaim.
