Maggie, Daryl, Carol, and Negan are the focus of the Walking Dead Origins poster
Maggie, Carol, Daryl, and Negan are featured in a new poster for The Walking Dead Origins. Since its premiere 10 years ago, AMC’s long-running post-apocalyptic series has remained a top show. The Walking Dead, based on Robert Kirkman’s comic book series of the same name, has captivated and horrified viewers with its cliffhangers and character deaths.
The long-awaited Walking Dead season 10 finale aired on AMC in October, following a delay due to the coronavirus outbreak in April. Episode 16 was supposed to debut a week following episode 15, but production was delayed, and AMC chose to add six more episodes to season 10.
These season 10 extra episodes premiered in February and ended in April with “Here’s Negan,” a narrative about Negan’s origins. The Walking Dead’s eleventh and last season is planned to premiere in August 2021, but AMC has something to keep viewers entertained until then.
The Walking Dead
Origins, a new series of special episodes focusing on four Walking Dead characters, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), Maggie Rhee (Lauren Cohan), Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride), and Negan, was announced by AMC earlier this month (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).
AMC has unveiled the first official poster for the Walking Dead: Origins spinoff series. Maggie, Carol, Daryl, and Negan are the subject of the poster, with rips between them representing the four character-driven episodes. Beginning July 15, “Daryl’s Story” will show exclusively on AMC+, followed by “Maggie’s Story” on July 22, “Negan’s Story” on July 29, and “Carol’s Story” on August 5.
The Walking Dead Universe on AMC+ is now airing Origins, as well as Episode Diaries from both Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead, Chris Hardwick’s after-show talk software Talking Dead, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton Morgan’s Friday Night in With the Morgans, and other shows. This spinoff, however, will be unique for loyal fans, as Walking Dead: Origins will focus on the series’ four most beloved characters. The new poster, which features these four iconic characters, is likely to have sparked fans’ interest in the forthcoming series even more.
