Lizzo captioned her latest video as “Every journey is personal & deserves to be celebrated.” While sharing examples of her meal during a day, she revealed this is not what she typically consumes every day. Lizzo starts her day by eating a healthy breakfast. It consists of coconut water, kale or spinach (whichever she’s feeling), and some frozen fruit. She calls it her green breakfast smoothie.

After a healthy breakfast, Lizzo continues sharing what she consumes for her lunch. She makes herself a colorful salad. It consists of kale, red cabbage, broccoli, seasoned avocado, white onions, and carrots. Lizzo has been a body-positivity icon for this generation. She has embraced her body and encouraged others to embrace theirs as well. Lizzo has always made sure body-shamers know she does not care one bit.

During her vegan diet reveal, Lizzo revealed that giving up Cheetos was difficult. But she has found a solution for that too. Lizzo says she found a plant-based alternative, Lesser Evil Paleo Puffs. She revealed that she used to eat a lot of Cheetos but it wasn’t good for her acid-reflux. “These are Cheeto-alternative I love that’s vegan and I dip them in hummus. Badda-boom Badda-snack!” the body-positivity icon shared.

In the evening, Lizzo made a truffle-chickpea-mushroom ball. It consisted of quinoa and leftover salad for dinner. She revealed that she does not care about a diet soda. But our girl needs some sparkling. So she found an alternative to diet soda. It is a vegan diet soda which she thoroughly enjoys.

And last but not the least, there’s dessert. Lizzo whips up a peanut butter jelly smoothie. It is made from peanut butter, frozen strawberries, oats, oat milk, vanilla protein powder. And to top it all off, she says it also needs “love from Jesus”. We bet it does. Lizzo claims to feel very full and lit.

But of course, there will be challenges when changing into a new diet. Lizzo says she has solved that too by finding different kinds of hangover food. She reveals that she used to crave cheesy eggs. Since that’s off the table, she has found a substitute for hangovers. She cooks up a vegan breakfast scramble. Lizzo uses Just Egg alternative and layers in a carne asada bean and corn mixture with spinach and vegan cheese.

Not only that, but she has also found a substitute for bacon, Vegan bacon. Lizzo reveals she likes to cook it in maple syrup making it crunchy and candied. The final product isn’t pretty to look at but she claims it helps cure a hangover.

Lizzo recently had clap backed at body-shamers with a TikTok video itself. She posted her workout routine with a strong message to all the fat-shamers. In the video, she is riding a stationary bicycle, doing squats, jumping rope, and loving her body while checking her curves out in the mirror. She is working out and talking about body positivity as well.

Over the background music (“Buttercup” by Jack Stauber), Lizzo delivers her strong message in a controlled, relaxed, collected voice.

She says she has been working out consistently for the last five years. Lizzo explains it might come as a shock but she assured she is not working out to have an ideal body. Lizzo says over clips showing herself riding a stationary bike, doing squats, checking herself out in the mirror, and jumping rope.

At one point, Lizzo poses and looks at her reflection in a mirror while wearing a swimsuit. She says she is beautiful, strong and she does her job and stays on it. Lizzo reminds the shamers that next time they want to come and judge somebody, why not look at yourselves. She tells them to worry about their own body because health is not determined by how one looks like on the outside.

Lizzo finishes her video with a note that health is also what happens on the inside. She also took another shot to call out the fat shamers, saying, “a lot of y’all need to do a fucking cleanse for your insides.”

The clip had 1.5 million likes back then. Thousands of people have commented, admiring the “Truth Hurts” singer for her candor and self-love.

“Louder for the people in the back!!!” wrote one supporter. Another mentioned, “The way you love yourself has helped me love myself even more. Thank you Lizzo.”

Preach it girl. We are so proud that Lizzo is here for everything good and right.
