Lea Michele accused of making ‘Glee’,“Living hell” for co-star, Samantha Ware

Lea Michele of ‘Glee’ fame was accused by co-star, Samantha Ware, of making the show a “living hell”. Michele played the role of Rachel Berry, one of the main cast members of the musical dramedy, “Glee.”

Lea took to twitter on Saturday to speak about her support of the #BlackLivesMatter movement. In the wake of George Floyd’s murder at the hands of MPD officers, the actress tweeted, “George Floyd did not deserve this. This was not an isolated incident and it must end. #BlackLivesMatter.”

Two days later, Samantha Ware responded to Michele’s tweet. The actress seemed to be visibly upset as she recalled her time working with Michele. “Remember when you made my first television gig a living hell?!?! Cause I’ll never forget. I believe you told everyone that if you had the opportunity you would ‘s— in my wig!’ amongst other traumatic microaggressions that made me question a career in Hollywood.” Ware tweeted in all caps.

Samantha Ware had a guest recurring role in the Fox musical comedy, “Glee.” She played the role of Jane Hayward in the sixth season and appeared in 11 episodes. The Fox series was her first TV role. She then went on to star in shows like “What/If,” “Chicago Med” and “God Friended Me.”

What other co-stars had to say

Ware wasn’t the only Glee member to respond. Fellow Glee co-stars, Alex Newell (Unique Adams) and Amber Riley (Mercedes Jones) were quick to notice. Both stars let their cheeky GIFs do the speaking.

Lea Michele has had her fair share of feuds. Surprisingly enough, this isn’t the first time one of Michele’s former co-stars has spoken out against the actress’ behavior. Naya Rivera, who played Santana Lopez on the show, opened up about their rumored feud. Rivera called out her former co-star in her 2016 memoir, Sorry Not Sorry.

“If I’d complained about anyone or anything, she’d assumed I was bitching about her,” Rivera wrote. “Soon, she started to ignore me, and eventually it got to the point where she didn’t say a word to me for all of Season 6. Lea and I definitely weren’t the best of friends, and I doubt we’ll ever sit on her couch and eat kale together again.”

Glee has been quite the poster child for controversies. Ware’s recent explosive tweet has caught a lot of eyes making the tweet go viral. Michele has yet to respond.
