Lala Kent Deletes All Photos of Fiance Randall Emmett on Instagram, Says Her Life is a ‘Mess’

After postponing her wedding to Randall Emmett in wake of the pandemic, Vanderpump Rules star, Lala Kent, posted a cryptic message about making “mistakes” on Sunday, July 26. The model has since gone ahead and deleted all photos of Emmett, unfollowed him and posted an Instagram Story about her life being a “mess.”

“I pray for the strength to complete the task”

“Dear God, it is I who has made my life a mess. I have done it, but I cannot undo it,” the Reality TV star wrote in the Instagram Story. “My mistakes are mine & I will begin a searching & fearless moral inventory. I will write down my wrongs but I will also include that which is good. I pray for the strength to complete the task.”

An hour later, Lala returned to Instagram to clarify that her post was not ‘cryptic’ and that it was actually the ‘fourth step prayer,’ which is part of the 12-step program for substance abuse. “One of the hardest steps in the 12 step program. I will continue to post a prayer from the program each day,” wrote Kent.

Kent and Emmett have been engaged since September 2018 and were set to get married on April 18, but were forced to postpone their nuptials due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Kent was most recently pictured with her fiancé in Puerto Rico, where he is directing his first film, Midnight in the Switchgrass, with Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly.

“No one got me sober. I got me sober”

Kent’s actions came two days after she opened up about her struggle with substance abuse. “It’s been awhile since I’ve posted about sobriety,” she wrote on July 24. “It’s important for me to say that this is a disease that can only be self diagnosed. No one got me sober. I got me sober. I made the choice to work hard every day to not pick up a drink. When I’m feeling weak, I call my sponsor. I go to meetings (sign onto them, now) to keep my spirits high and to remember why I made this life-changing choice.”

She also explained how she deals with seeing people around her struggling with the same issues.

“I see addiction in front of me often, but it isn’t my job to speak on it, nor is it my job to judge,” she wrote. “It’s my job to pray for them and take a moment of silence for the alcoholic who still suffers. And when someone comes to me asking for help, I offer my ear & knowledge, and point them in the direction that was pointed to me. #1year9months2days.”

Randall Emmett’s reaction

After Lala’s Instagram unfollow on Sunday, Randall tried to assure worried fans that he and Lala had not called off their engagement. He even re-shared a post made by a fan of the pair. ‘Everyone should calm their t*ts,’ began the fan. ‘They are [obviously] still together and going strong.’

Randall seemed to agree to the sentiment that Lala ‘deleting pictures’ does not mean that the couple have broken up. In fact, Hours prior to Lala’s Instagram meltdown, Randall shared a sweet snapshot of the reality star cuddling in bed with his daughters London, 10, and Rylee, six. ‘Family ❤️ happy time together,’ wrote the film producer in the post’s caption.

Randall also took to his Instagram stories to share clips of the model hanging out on the patio of their Puerto Rican abode with his family. Randall had captioned one of the videos, ‘my babies,’ as one of his daughters is seen resting on Lala’s lap. He followed up that clip with a video of him, Lala, and other family members enjoying a sunset boat ride.
