Kriti with photo collage of Sushant and admits she feels ‘painfully strange’ about it
With a collage of photos from their film Raabta, Kriti Sanon paid tribute to Sushant Singh Rajput. The actor explained that the collage included photos from their film’s look test. She accompanied the image with a touching message. Ankita Lokhande and Rhea Chakraborty had uploaded previously unseen videos and images of Sushant Singh Rajput earlier in the day to honor his first death anniversary.
Kriti’s Note
Kriti shared the collage on Instagram, saying she still can’t understand Sushant’s death and that she may never be able to accept it in the future. “It was the first time I shot with you. For a film that spoke of unexplained connection, based in two universes, two complete strangers were designed to cross each other’s path “Her note stated:
“It hurts so much today to realise that You and I are no longer in the same world. It still doesn’t feel like it happened for real. Maybe you’re still out there and I’ll run into you somewhere. I’m not sure it’ll ever set in. But, wherever you are in the globe, I hope you are happy and at peace. #sush, “she continued. Anaita Shroff Adajania was also praised by Kriti for sharing the collage with her. It ‘brought up a lot of memories,’ she added.
Kriti celebrated four years of Raabta earlier this month by uploading a video compilation of various behind-the-scenes events with the late actor. She captioned the video on Instagram, ” “I believe in making connections and that we were supposed to meet the folks we did.
Sushant, Dinoo, and MaddockFilms were all intended to be in my Raabta.” She went on to say, “Raabta was one of my most memorable and rewarding experiences, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. I had no idea it would be our first and last date.”
On June 14, 2020, Sushant passed away. In his Mumbai flat, the star was found dead. In Dil Bechara, he was last seen.
