
Kit Harington and Anna offer fresh love stories to the season 2 of Modern Love
The first trailer for the second season of Amazon Prime Video’s romantic series Modern Love has been released. On August 13, the new season will premiere.
The series is an anthology of modern romances based on a New York Times column and podcast. The first season of the show premiered in October 2019 and starred Dev Patel, Anne Hathaway, Tine Fey, Andrew Scott, and other celebrities.
Kit Harrington and Tobias Menzez from Game of Thrones, Lucy Boynton from Bohemian Rhapsody, Anna Paquin from X-Men, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Tom Burke, Zoe Chao, Minnie Driver, Grace Edwards, Dominique Fishback, Garrett Hedlund, Sophie Okonedo, Isaac Powell, Marquis Rodriguez, and Lulu Wilson from X-Men will star in the latest instalment.
John Carney is the show’s creator. Amazon stated in an official statement, “This season, love defies all expectations. A burning fire ignited. Friends vs. lovers is put to the test. A day girl and her night boy.
A affair with an ex- lover’s It was only supposed to be a one-night stand. A promise that is impossible to keep. A ghost of a long-dead lover. An investigation on the subject of sexuality.”
John Crowley, Marta Cunningham, Jesse Peretz, and Andrew Rannells are among the other directors for the second season. One episode will be co-directed by Celine Held and Logan George.
There will be eight episodes in the second season. The second season of Modern Love was shot in Albany, Schenectady, and Troy, New York, as well as Dublin, Ireland.
