Kim Kardashian and her sisters have distanced themselves from longtime friend, Larda Pippen.
Fans noticed that a specific person was missing from their Instagram accounts. Kim Kardashian along with sisters, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, unfollowed Larsa Pippen. She was a part of Kardashians’ friend circle for a long time. Larsa is known for her on-and-off relationship with NBA star Scottie Pippen. She was also a part of The Real Housewives of Miami.
Larsa had also unfollowed the Kardashian sisters. A source close to the situation revealed that the friends have simply drifted apart and have different priorities. The insider said the friendship naturally grew apart because life happens. Kim is focused on Kanye ‘s health, law school, her four children and juggling with her business.
The source further said they are in different place in their lives and are not as close as they used to be. They do not have any ill feelings and are still in touch, reveals the insider. It is also reported that Kim unfollowed Larsa months ago but her reasoning is not as dramatic as fans think it is.
The source reveals that she unfollowed everyone all together because of random accounts. Kim wanted to reset it to just her family and childhood friends. The insider further said that for the reality star’s mental health, she wanted to narrow down what is showing up on her feed. There are a lot of people she is still friends with who she doesn’t follow on social media,” insider reveals.
Kourtney and Khloe have said to make their own decision about unfollowing Larsa on Instagram. There were speculations that something happened between Kanye and Larsa or Khloe and ex-Tristan Thompson. But sources refuted the rumors saying nothing inappropriate happened between them.
This comes after Kanye’s Twitter rant where he reveals he was trying to divorce Kim. In his rant, he also tweets taking Larsa’s name. He simply wrote Larsa with a thinking emoji.
Much like the Kardashian girls, Larsa is paying no mind to the online chatter regarding her friendship with Kim, Kourtney and Khloe.
She tweeted, “I woke up this morning blessed and see that everybody is focused on who I am following and who I am not following on social media. I am focused on my children, my new fitness brand Larsapippenfitness, and my relationships in real life… Praying that everybody finds peace in their own lives and focus on what brings THEM happiness.”
