Kangana Ranaut Labelled ‘Hilarious Stand-Up Comedian’ By Karan Patel After Her Controversial Tweets

Karan Patel has called Kangana Ranaut a ‘rising and hilarious stand-up comedian’ for her recent oxygen tweets.

Here’s What Karan Said

Television actor Karan Patel has ridiculed actor Kangana Ranaut’s latest tweet for ‘forcibly’ taking oxygen in the environment, as India battles the second Covid-19 pandemic.

Karan took to Instagram Stories to share a script for what she wrote, writing, “This woman is the biggest comedian ever produced in this country.”

What Was Kangana’s Tweet?

Kangana’s tweet reads, “Everybody is building more and more oxygen plants, getting tons and tons of oxygen cylinders, how are we compensating for all the oxygen that we are forcefully drawing from the environment? It seems we learnt nothing from our mistakes and catastrophes they cause #Planttrees.”

In a subsequent tweet, she also wrote, “As well as announcing more oxygen to the people, governments must declare environmental relief as well and, people who use oxygen must also promise to work to improve air quality, for how long we going to be miserable pests only taking never giving back to nature.”

Karan Patel’s Previous Digs At Kangana

Karan has taken a dig at Kangana several times in the past. After comparing herself to Meryl Streep and Gal Gadot, Karan had replied and said, “Upar wale ne inko bheja toh bheja, lekin inke bheje mein bheja hi nahi bheja (God gave her brains, but does she know what to do with them).”

Earlier, Karan asked why Rangoli took care of Kangana’s business, referring to her anti-nepotism stance.

Kanagana’s Twitter Account Suspension

On Tuesday, Kangana’s Twitter account was permanently suspended following hot tweets in response to recent West Bengal election results. Last year, the account of her sister Rangoli Chandel was also blocked from the platform.

Responding to the suspension of her account, Kangana said in a statement, “Twitter has only proved my point they are Americans and by birth, a white person feels entitled to enslave a brown person, they want to tell you what to think, speak or do. Fortunately, I have many platforms I can use to raise my voice including my own art in the form of cinema but my heart goes out to the people of this nation who have been tortured, enslaved and censored for thousands of years and still there is no end to the suffering.”
