Justin Hartley’s Friends Are ‘Glad’ Chrishell Is ‘No Longer in His Life’

It seems like Justin Hartley is not the only one who wants to move past his split with ex, Chrishell Stause.

A source revealed to the US weekly that his friends are glad that Chrishell is no longer in Justin’s life. Justin is said to be doing well and he is disappointed that he is being dragged into reality TV. However, he did expect this, revealed the source.

Justin hopes to take the high road despite the drama revolving around his past relationship with the estranged wife. The insider added that Justin is a great guy and wants to move on with his life in a classy way.

In November 2019, Justin filed for divorce from wife, Chrishell after two years of marriage. The drama started when Chrishell’s Selling Sunset season 3 came out. In the season, the actress made revelations about her marriage dissolution which caused a stir among fans.

Chrishell claimed that the This Is Us star informed her about their divorce via a text message. It was also indicated that he changed after his success skyrocketed due to This Is Us. The realtor then seemed to suggest that the actor had cheated on her.

Chrishell Seems to Direct That Justin Cheated

Chrishell liked tweets about him cheating on her with Sofia Pernas questioning the timing of their relationship. The news about Justin dating Sofia started doing the rounds in May. However, a source assured that Justin’s side has completely denied the allegations. And the couple did not even start talking until 2020.

Justin is said to be irritated with Chrishell’s claims on Selling Sunset. A source said Justin feels frustrated that she is broadcasting their private information publicly. The source added that there is more to the story than the part that is being told. “His close friends and family know what really happened, as does Chrishell, so ultimately it’s her choice of what is put out there,” the insider revealed.

Meanwhile, Justin’s ex-wife, Lindsay Korman-Hartley, has spoken out about the issue. She took to her social media handle to defend the actor. Lindsay said, “I appreciate my ex-husband Justin for not only being [an] exemplification of a solid man but for being my dear friend and devoted father to our daughter.”

She added that people derive their own opinion by experiencing life with other people through time, The mother of one also said, “and we do our best to hold dear the ones that maintain consistent kindness, love, and generosity.”

The Passions alum, 42, who shares 16-year-old daughter Isabella with the Mistresses alum, concluded: “No matter what conflicts Justin and I had in the past, I appreciate what we have today and I am thankful for the family we have built.” Isabella also showed her support by reposting the message on her Instagram Story.

Justin and Chrishell started dating in 2014 after meeting on the set of The Young and the Restless. They got engaged in 2016 and married in 2017. The couple never had any children together, but Justin does have a 16-year-old daughter, Isabella, from a previous relationship.
