Justin Bieber is taking legal action against two women who accused him of sexual assault.

Justin was recently accused of sexual assault by two anonymous women. Because of which Justin filed a lawsuit against them. Bieber’s lawyers clarify that the accusations are factually impossible. The claims against Justin are proven to be false because of the documentation of receipts. Justin denied doing anything of that sort as well.

A user named Danielle accused Justin of sexually assaulting her at the Four Seasons hotel. But with proof, Justin denied being in the hotel. There seem to be multiple witnesses and documentation to prove that Danielle is lying.

Another user named Kadi also supported the claims. Bieber’s lawyers said Kadi’s accusation is “likewise factually impossible, are contradicted by her prior written statements, are supported only by falsified or faked texts.”

The explanation continues saying that the statement from Danielle has been fabricated. Her alleged sexual encounter with Bieber at Four Seasons Hotel is inaccurate, since it was publicly reported that Bieber is at the Four Seasons Restaurant on March 2014.

They went on saying Bieber was at the restaurant but they presumed him to be in the hotel. Even if Bieber went to the restaurant, he did not check-in at the hotel.

According to the filing, both Bieber and his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez was together that night. They attended his last-minute surprise performance for her at the SXSW. Bieber sang a song for Selena.

He was photographed with Selena Gomez, leaving the venue and they went back to a rental property. They were staying with a bunch of friends. Bieber’s legal team presented “details and receipts of the Rental Property where Bieber and Gomez and friends stayed, and for the Westin Hotel stay the next night,” in one of the exhibits.

Kadi tweeted that in May 2015 at around 2.30 a.m., Bieber called her into his room. She accused him of sexual assault.

The filing called the accusations “factually impossible”. It also says that the allegations made by Kadi are completely fabricated. The filing reveals that Kadi is a fan of Bieber, who is desperate to meet him and gain his attention.

It also reveals proof that Kadi wants to be famous. She wants to be a star in a Netflix series by using Twitter. She wrote in a pinned tweet, “I wanna star in a Netflix series! twitter do ur thing’ ” in 2018, according to the filing.

The filing also states that the timing of the tweets both from Danielle and Kadi appears suspicious. It seems like Kadi already knew the details of Danielle’s tweet before it was posted. The filing states that her accusation was ‘ready to be released in conjunction.’

The filing also says that Kadi being a superfan might have waited outside for Justin and managed to click pictures with him. It argues with her accusation saying Bieber sexually assaulting someone on the night of Met Gala is an absolute “outlandish” fabrication.

Kadi accused Bieber of calling her at his hotel room at 2.30 a.m. when he was at the Met Gala after-party with dozens of witnesses.

The filing also states that Kadi has previously tweeted several times saying she hasn’t met Justin. In one such tweet, she allegedly wrote, “I swear if we don’t meet I’ll find you and f— you @justinbieber #JustinForMMVA.” In another such tweet, Kadi wrote she would pay Bieber to rape her, calling him cute.

The filing clearly states, “Bieber did not sexually assault Kadi, or anyone else, in a hotel room in New York, on the night of May 4, 2015, early AM of May 5, 2015.”

Previously, Bieber provided with receipts, emails, pictures proving that he was falsely accused of sexual assault. The account of anonymouse Twitter user, Danielle, was removed from Twitter.

Danielle has not commented on the subject since her account was deleted.

Justin took to Twitter to defend himself soon after he was accused of the crime. He wrote that he normally does not address things because he has dealt with random accusations all the time. But this time, he talked to his wife and team and decided to speak up.

Justin posted a series of tweets after that. “Rumors are rumors but sexual abuse is something I don’t take lightly. I wanted to speak out right away but out of respect to so many victims who deal with these issues daily I wanted to make sure I gathered the facts before I made any statement,” Bieber wrote.

The singer continued saying that someone accused him of sexually assaulting them on March 9, 2014. He continues that there is no truth in the statements made against him.

Justin continues writing that he was accompanied by his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

‘As her story told I did surprise a crowd in Austin at SXSW where I appeared on stage with my then assistant side stage and sang a few songs. What this person did not know was that I attended that show with my then [girlfriend] Selena Gomez,’ he wrote.

Justin continued his series of tweets with receipts and images to prove his statement was the truth. All the statements he made were inconsistent with his claims that he was not in the Four Seasons hotel.

Justin also confirmed with the manager of Four Seasons and welcomes the press to look into it if needed.

Justin confirms in another statement that is an accusation is not a small thing and he will take legal action. He claims he will work with the twitter and authorizes to move forth with the legal action.

He ended his series of tweets by making a final statement. “Every claim of sexual abuse should be taken very seriously and this is why my response was needed. However, this story is factually impossible and that is why I will be working with twitter and authorities to take legal action.”

If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, please contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673) or go to online.rainn.org.
