Josh Hamilton of 13 Reasons Why joins the cast of The Walking Dead Season 11

Angela Kang, the showrunner of The Walking Dead, has revealed that Josh Hamilton, the star of 13 Reasons Why, will join the show in season 11. Hamilton is most recognised for his performance as Matt Jensen, the series’ protagonist Clay’s father, in Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why (Dylan Minnette). He also played Hank Foxx/Henry Renard in American Horror Story: Coven. Eighth Grade, False Positive, and The Map of Tiny Perfect Things are among Hamilton’s cinematic credits.

After an almost year-long production delay, The Walking Dead’s final chapter is expected to broadcast in August. The Walking Dead universe has already expanded beyond the main show with a cast of spin-offs, including Fear the Walking Dead and the poorly The Walking Dead: World Beyond, thanks to the show’s tremendous appeal with fans.

The anthology series Tales of the Walking Dead and a show following Norman Reedus’ Daryl and Melissa McBride’s Carol have both been confirmed and are now in production. A Rick Grimes trilogy, starring Andrew Lincoln, is also in the works.
