Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are rumored to be getting closer again after years of staying apart. Meanwhile, Brad’s divorce with Angeline Jolie gets more intense ahead of the custody trial.
Jennifer and Brad’s friendship is reportedly, everlasting, amid Angelina-Brad divorce drama. The duo reunited last year after 15 years gap, however, they have found that they have platonic feelings for each other.
Brad was also getting closer to ex-wife, Angelina, during the lockdown period. He used to visit Angelina and the kids and they used to visit him on a few occasions as well. However, their emerging relationship seems to have diminished after Angelina allegedly delayed court proceedings. She claimed that the Judge leading their case has other relationships with Brad’s lawyers outside court. The actress claims this might lead to biased judgment.
Brad did not take it well and he responded to the filings claiming that by delaying the process Angelina is hurting their children. This was the same judge that married the couple and Brad’s lawyers claimed that Jolie is the one who has previous relations with the judge.
The Fight Club actor has hardened his stance against Angelina and will ensure to fight until the end to receive justice in the custody trial for the six children that the couple shares.
However, Jennifer and Brad are still fan-favorites. Just last week their fans went crazy over the news that the two are reuniting to come on screen for the first time in 20 years. The duo came together for a live charity all-star table read. It was the reading of the 80s hit comedy, Fast Times At Ridgemont High.
‘She Knows Brad Better Than Most’
Insiders claim that Brad and Jennifer are closer than ever. Brad tried to reconcile with Angelina for daughter Shiloh’s 14th birthday, as well as twins Knox and Vivienne’s 12th birthday celebrations in the summer. However, his relationship with Angelina only seems to be going downhill.
The sources claim that Brad was really touched when Jennifer got in touch with him again as he wasn’t sure about ever hearing from her again. Jennifer knows Brad better than most people and also knows how stressed and upset he is after the recent proceedings of his divorce. The duo is said to be spending more time together.
Jennifer has been a supportive friend and tried to cheer him up when he admittedly feels defeated and hopeless after Angelina’s recent move. The actress has tried to lift up his spirits and be a source of comfort, according to sources.
Insiders further said that Jennifer and Brad will always be close because they have an “unbreakable bond of friendship and Jen will always be there for him”. The sources further adds that it does not take much for them to be closer and they were really thrilled to be working together.
Brad joined his ex, Jennifer Aniston and late-night host, Jimmy Kimmel. Along with them, a number of other celebrities took part for the unrehearsed table read of the 1982 comedy. Feelin’ Alive brought together Brad and Jennifer again after their highly-loved reunion at the backstage of SAG awards. Their reunion back in January was the first time they were photographed together after their divorce in 2005.
Their photo was all over social media and fans couldn’t help but freak out about their reunion. There were a lot of throwback pictures that circulated again along with these pictures. The freak out also included celebrities like Mindy Kaling, Jamie Lynn Spears, and Rumer Willis.
Jennifer had addressed the public’s reaction and called it hysterical. She said, “But what else are they going to talk about?”
