He wants to cast you we have this prominent character in this story who is a sweet shop owner. I said ok. It was based on a Haryanvi guy. So my very first thing was if Hansal Mehta is there I wanna work with him. I have always admired his work. After Aligarh, I really wanted to work with him. So I felt this is the opportunity. This was only for the love for Hasal.Mehta, Luv Ranjan and Vicky Saldhana. The name of my character is Dimpy and it’s a very important character alongside Saurabh Shukla and Rajkumar Rao.
