Gigi Hadid’s Dad Seems To Have Announced Arrival Of Her Baby

Gigi Hadid’s fans had a mini heart attack when her dad seemed to have announced the birth of her child.

The model’s father seemingly confirmed the arrival of Gigi’s baby, when he posted a heartfelt letter to his grandchild. He posted a letter on Instagram on Wednesday which sparked speculation of Gigi giving birth.

However, Mohammed Hadid, later clarified in the comments section that they are still waiting for her baby to arrive. Fans have been waiting for Gigi to have her baby and already speculating how beautiful he/she would be. One fan asked in the comment section, ‘Did Gigi give birth to her baby, please can anyone answer’.

Mohammed answered saying, “no not yet”. Although the heartfelt note that he addressed to his grandchild was enough to get fans into speculating. He wrote a letter titled, ‘Grandpa’s heart’. He began, “Hello my little grandchild. I wish for you the sun and the moon.”

The model’s father continued saying his heart is happy and he wishes for the child the sun and moon. He assured his grandchild that grandpa will always be near and is willing to do anything for him/her. However, the next few lines sparked speculation about Gigi giving birth to her child, that she shares with Zayn Malik.

Mohammed wrote, “When I heard you were on the way, I smiled and wiped a tear away. I cried the tear because I know, my heart would always belong to you.” He captioned the picture, sending his blessing to Gigi by writing he loves her and is proud of her.

Gigi Confirms Her Pregnancy

Fans began speculating yesterday if Gigi and Zayn had already welcomed their child when sister, Bella Hadid, posted a throwback photo of the two. Bella wrote in the caption saying she loved both Gigi and her baby so much that she can’t stop crying.

Gigi gave her fans stunning snaps of her baby bump when she was 33-weeks. She seemed to have hinted that her baby is coming soon by the end of August. At the time, it was not clear if she was counting from the time of the photoshoot or from when she posted it.

The model confirmed the news of her pregnancy back in April after sources revealed the news of her expecting a baby with Zayn. She said at the time: “Obviously, we wished we could have announced it on our own terms but we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support.”

She added especially during this time, she said it is nice to have a silver lining to be able to be home and experience it day by day. An insider had revealed that the on-and-off couple had been getting along great ahead of the arrival of their newborn.

The source revealed that the couple is closer than ever and informed that Gigi is living in her mom’s farm with Zayn. Sources added, “She came back to NYC recently but she plans to spend most of her pregnancy there at the farm.”

Zayn And Gigi Want A Large Family

The newborn baby will be just the start of the couple’s desire for a large family. Back in May, sources revealed that Zayn and Gigi are keen on having a large family together. They added that even though the couple has been on-and-off, neither of them has stopped caring about each other.

Sources also revealed, “They’ve jumped on the timing of having a baby and are preparing for their new lives. Gigi is young but always said she wants several kids. She’s sensitive and nurturing and will be a great mom.”

The couple might not be perfect as they went back and forth in their relationship. Gigi and Zayn began dating in November 2015. This was three months after Zayn called off his engagement with Little Mix singer, Perrie Edwards. After being together for two years, the couple confirmed their breakup via Twitter in 2018.

The pair reconciled in December of 2019 after a year long split. During that time, Gigi briefly dated former Bachelorette contestant Tyler Cameron.
