Fans Surprise DJ Twitch Streamer Mind1 With $10,000 Donation On His Birthday

Twitch is an excellent medium to build a long-lasting and loyal community around your passion and a Twitch streamer by the name of Mind1 is the latest example of this.

Mind1 for a long time has wanted to convert his passion in music to a full-time Twitch streaming community. He has wanted to be a Twitch streamer for the longest time and its been seven years since Mind1 began streaming his performances on the platform.

He streams his favorite MMORPG EVE Online during the week, and of course, DJ’ing on the weekend, with fans tuning in to watch his sets.

It was his 41st birthday on July 31, 2021 and he got the surprise of a life time. As usual, he was celebrating his birthday on a Twitch stream partying with his small community when he realized that he has received more than $10,000 in donations from his community.

Some hours into the stream, a series of high-ticket donations flew in the Twitch stream’s chat and Mind1 was shook!

‘I’ve Been Doing This For Seven Years’

He was evidently taken aback and did not know how to process this piece of information. Mind1 was left in-tears after seeing the love and support from his fans.

Mind1 said in an emotional state during the stream “You guys, I don’t think you understand.. I’ve been doing this for like seven years. It wasn’t very long ago I had $20 in my bank account,”
