Everything You Need To Know About Korean Adaption Of Crime Drama Money Heist
Money Heist ends its fifth season this year in 2021 and fans will be left with not an easy wound to heal.
But wait a moment..fans of Money Heist are beyond thrilled to learn that they will soon be able to watch their favorite Netflix crime-drama all over again as Netflix has announced the Korean version of the drama.
K-Dramas On Netflix
South Korean content has grown exponentially over the past decade on Netflix, thanks to various K-Drama series.
It is no secret that Netflix has been busy providing some of the most popular and most loved K-Drama content to its audience. The addition of the Korean version of Money Heist brings more prestige to the Netflix’s K-Drama library.
Who Will Be Directing It?
The director of the Korean adaption of Money Heist will be Kim Hong-sun. He has previously worked on famous K-Drama projects such as Voice and The Guest.
The screenwriter of the Netflix Original series My Holo Love, Ryu Yong-jae, will be the screenwriter for the upcoming Korean Money Heist edition as well. The production of the series will be a collaboration between BH Entertainment and Content Zium.
Release Date And Episodes
Money Heist’s K-Drama version is currently being pre-produced. This means we can expect the shooting for the series to commence very soon!
While Money Heist’s Korean adaption has just begun production, it’s not ideal to expect to see Money Heist arrive anytime soon. To give a rough estimate Money Heist’s Korean adaption can release on Netflix sometime in the summer or fall of 2022.
The first season of Money Heist will feature 12 episodes in total. Each episode will have a run time of 60 minutes.
